- User: The person or organization using our services
- Services: All products and services offered by Dombo

You may only use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:
- Use our services for illegal activities
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately reporting unauthorized use
5. Payments and Billing
For paid services, the following terms apply:
- Payments must be made in advance
- All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated
- We may suspend services for non-payment
- Refunds are only possible under certain conditions

All intellectual property rights of our services remain the property of Dombo. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services.

11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
