2. Which data do we process?
Depending on how you use Dombo, we may process: name, email address, phone number, company name, website, a description of your solution, and technical data such as IP address, browser type and logs needed for security and for the site to work.
3. What do we use that data for?
We use data to run the platform, review provider applications, contact you, answer questions, and prevent abuse and technical problems. Where needed we process data to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of: performing a contract or pre-contractual steps (for example an application), legitimate interest (running and securing the platform), consent where required, and a legal obligation where that applies.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We may share data with providers who help us with hosting, email or security, and only as far as needed for their service. They may not use the data for their own purposes. Data may also be shared when the law requires it.
6. Retention
We do not keep data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. We keep applications and contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable follow-up period.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data sent over the internet.
